I read it, re-read it, bought it for my closest friend, did the exercises and am now completely comfortable with who I am and the age I am. The book is not just one lesson, there are so many, and they are broken into small chunks to make it easy to do the exercises, read the chapters and take in amazing amazing lessons.
As someone who has prided myself in the work I've done and continue to do, performing and achieving good things, I felt like a fraud because underneath it all I was scared of having that birthday "celebrating turning 60".
